How do I use Korium?

Can I use the program on my desktop or laptop?

Currently Korium is only available on iOS and Android mobile devices.

Can I use Korium outside of the United States or Canada?

Yes, Korium is available internationally but our customer support team is located in the United States and will be available for messaging during standard United States business hours Monday - Friday.

How do I contact customer support for assistance?

What is Korium's privacy policy?

We take your privacy and the security of your personal information very seriously. You can review our Privacy Policy here.

How much does it cost?

Korium costs $11.99 per month which is a 30% discount off the weekly price. Signing up for a year’s subscription would save you an additional 33% discount. Check out our full pricing here (link).

Why should I commit for 30 days?

Clinical research shows that effective behavior change takes at least a month for long-lasting results. It can take time to fix certain appearance issues - which may have persisted for years, or even your whole life!

How can I change my payment method?

If you signed up with PayPal, you will need to update your credit card information in your personal PayPal account. Log into your PayPal account, click “Credit Card” under Account Information, select the card to update, and click Edit. Enter your credit card details and click Save.

If you signed up with a credit card, please email us at hello@getkorium.com. We will send you a secure link to update your payment method in Stripe (our credit card processing platform).

How can I view my subscription details?

To view your subscription details, open your app, go to your Account Settings icon which is in the top right corner, and then select “Manage Subscription” from the menu. If you have any questions about your subscription, please email us at hello@getkorium.com and we will respond within 1-3 business days.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel any time and you will not be charged beyond your existing subscription plan end date. To cancel your trial in the app, go to the Account Settings icon in the top right corner, and then select “Manage Subscription” from the menu. If you have any issues or questions, please email us at hello@getkorium.com and we will respond within 1-3 business days.

What is your refund policy?

Once you sign up for a subscription, the subscription is non-refundable. However you can cancel at any time and you will not be charged beyond your existing subscription plan end date.
